Outstanding performance every time and I've been coming here for over 30 years. Great prices and they'll work with you financially with any discounts they're promoting. Great hospitality from the front desk to the mechanics, also the puppy. Always clean waiting area.I recommend people to them all the time. Great job y'all.

After going to different mechanics in town with an issue, I came in based on a recommendation, explained my concern. And they listened! And fixed it immediately. It was something simple that took less than 10 minutes to address I sadly am moving from the area, but if I wasn't, Gateway would become my only mechanic for the sake they listened and delivered with kindness. Not to mention, the sweetest pupper giving me loves during my short wait.

I found my new favorite people and no longer need to dread any experience finding a new mechanic - I’m home! Professional, efficient, kind, thorough…and genuine. Look no further for a trusted auto repair shop.

The girls in the office treated me so nice and kind. One girl helped me out to my car, picking up things I had dropped. They also, (which makes the wait worth it) have a dog that is precious. I got to hold him and pet him While I waited for my tires to be put on. I made a new friend, Scalp!

I have had nothing but excellent service since I have been using Gateway. From Jonathon and the others at the front desk to Justin and the other guys in the shop. They’re always super friendly and knowledgeable about my car and what it does or doesn’t need. I have had nothing but great experiences. If I could give more stars I would.
